Employee Code of Conduct Policy

HARVESTER OFFSHORE Sdn Bhd’s Employee Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for employee behavior towards colleagues, supervisors, and the organization. While we encourage freedom of expression and open communication, adherence to our code of conduct is essential. Employees are expected to maintain a positive workplace environment by avoiding conflicts, disruptions, and offensive behavior.

This policy is applicable to all employees, irrespective of their employment agreement or rank. Employees are contractually obligated to adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct while carrying out their duties. Key components of our Code of Conduct include:
